Engine

2x Perkins Sabre M225Ti 225hp turbodiesel engines (new 1999). Shaft drive to three blade bronze propellors.
Borg Warner gearboxes reconditioned when engines installed in 1999. Vetus bow thruster. Bennett trim tabs.
One bank of 410ah and one bank of 330ah batteries. One bank of 110ah for bow thruster and anchor windlass.
Engine alternator, Mase diesel generator and 240v shorepower battery charging.

Sails and Spars

Cabin Details

The cabins are warmed by an Eberspacher diesel heating system. The entire vessel had a high quality full interior joinery re-fit in 2001 and really has to be seen to be appreciated, consequently the interior feels very fresh.
The private forecabin has a double ‘v’ berth and hanging lockers. There is a heads compartment to port with a marine wc and opposite there is a wash hand basin with hot/ cold showerhead.
Moving aft and into the saloon which has a curved seating area around a polished wood dining table to port.
The galley is opposite the saloon on the starboard side, it is equipped with twin stainless steel sinks with hot/ cold pressurised fresh water supply, an Isotherm fridge, a Nelson two burner gas stove with oven and grill and plenty of storage lockers.
From the saloon/ galley companionway steps lead up into the wheelhouse/ upper saloon, the helm seat is to port and the co-helm is to starboard (both are KAB300 suspension seats).
There is an ‘L’ shaped seating area to starboard with a table. There is a sliding door on the portside allowing access to the decks and after deck and outside helm position.
Aft of the wheelhouse companionway steps lead down into the large aft cabin, there is a good sized heads compartment to starboard with marine wc and hand basin with hot/ cold showerhead. The aft cabin has a double berth to starboard and a single berth opposite. There are a number of storage lockers and the engine room access door is just behind the companionway steps.

Deck Equipment

45lb main and 35lb kedge anchor with 100m chain. Simpson Lawrence electric anchor winch with foot controls. Stainless steel pulpit, pushpit and guard rails all around the boat and teak handrails on the aft deck. Windscreen wipers. Windscreen canvass. Outside helm canvass. Boarding ladder. Fenders and warps.

Navigation Equipment

Two steering compasses. Cetrek combi speed/ depth/ distance log instrument. Cetrek GPS repeater. Raytheon NAV298 GPS. Raytheon R41XX Radar. Shipmate RS8300 VHF radio. Full engine instrumentation. Cetrek power helm/ Neco motor driven autopilot. The upper helm has a Shipmate VHF repeater, a Cetrek multi instrument (speed/ depth/ distance/ GPS) and MLR FX112 GPS. Navigation lights. Radar reflector. Clock and Barometer.
